A milk bath is probably one of the most luxurious at-home beauty rituals there is. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your milk bath:

  1. Exfoliate with a dry brush to buff away dead skin and even reduce cellulite (yes, it’s true!).
  2. Play some soothing music and light your favourite candles.
  3. Do nothing. Put down your phone, close your eyes, and enjoy!

  • They make the BEST chocolate milk. Tastes like REAL chocolate! For realz! Think I can make my milk bath chocolate? 😛 Gonna try this for sure!

    • Ugh I would kill for chocolate milk right now! I gotta try it. I do like Natrel milk in general. They are quite tasty!

  • I am mortally afraid of using my bathtub as an actual bathtub, but darn this does sound relaxing and incredibly luxurious. Step 3 is my favorite! Everyone needs to just turn it off and do nothing every once in awhile.

    • LOL why are you afraid MM? When I was living at my parents’ our tub would leak downstairs so it was pretty much impossible.

      • hahahaha it’s a college apartment. Not particularly keen to take a bath when shower shoes are required.

  • Oh this is funny, I was just reading about milk baths the other day 🙂 If only I had a bath instead of a shower so I could try it! Maybe next time I visit my parents…

    • You totally need to try it! It’s a less intense bath than the really hot baths, which I don’t really care for!
