Wearing Stila Festival of Colours Collection… Everywhere.
This look is inspired by all of the colours from the Stila Festival of Colours Collection that I reviewed here. Yes — it’s totally out there, but I would 100% wear this if I was partying in a music festival. I know it breaks a lot of makeup “rules” (note the quotes), but life’s too short, you know?! Live on the edge, my friends. Hahaha.
The eyes are kinda like Black Swan meets My Little Pony’s Rainbow Dash. I started with the Stila Countless Colour Pigments in Center Stage, placing the golden peach on the inner half of the lid. Then I mixed the blue and pink together and placed that on the outer half of the lids and extended outwards towards my brows.
Then I used the Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Turquoise to line the outer half of my upper lash line and flicked up to get the feathered shape. I also extended it from the lower lash line and met with the rest of the shape. I then used Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Turquoise to add dimension and really bring the feathers to life.
Trying so hard not to laugh…
In my review, a few readers asked what Finale eyeshadow trio would look like when worn as a blush. I lightly pressed my blush brush on the peach and tangerine side of the product and applied on my cheeks. Even for someone with brown skin, you can see that it shows up brightly and incredibly pigmented. I also used the golden peach from Center Stage again to highlight the top of my cheeks and down the centre of my nose.
The lips are Stila After Glow Lip Color in Festive Fuchsia. It’s so great.
I’m curious to hear how you would wear this collection. All wearable and bold looks are welcome!
