That’s right, ladies. I dropped my camera without its case and just like that, it is a goner. I want to get a replacement camera soon though — thank goodness for my tax refund!
The only thing I have at the moment is my crappy iSight camera. I mean, Photo Booth pictures are kinda fun, but they are just not going to cut it for quality. Yes, I was in my pyjamas in that photo. You like? 
What Camera Do You Use?
Do you use a point & shoot or a mid-size (not quite a DSLR size) camera? I want something that takes good macro shots and takes good low light photos. I will mainly be using it for self-portraits, so it can’t be too heavy for a one handed shot. I’d love to hear what you like to use for your pictures.

I use a Sony Cybershot DSC-W350 14.1 MP camera and it does a really good job with macro shots and things I use on my blog.
I also use a Canon Rebel DSLR size camera for some things as well.
But the Sony is small, high quality, at a reasonable price and it;s PINK! ^_^

I use a Canon SD750. It’s pretty nice! I unfortunately got some water damage on the screen (though thankfully just on the screen) and it doesn’t really have an adjustable ISO, but overall it’s really not bad.

Yes it’s the same look with pinkish red in the corners.
The webcam is not very good at all — the pics are very blue tinged.
I use a Samsung L210 – 10.1MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image – It’s an older model so it can be gotten quite cheaply (it’s current about $100 USD on amazon). I’ve had it for a couple years and I’m quite happy with it.

I have a canon elph…the 8 megapixel one….the macro is pretty nice on that….but if u want a camera that is good with low light….that’s pretty hard
if you decide to go with a dslr u can get a tripod with remote

ouch! i wouldn’t recommend my cam because it has very few manual settings which you’ll need to get good pics as a beauty blogger. A dslr would work awesome and as Joyce said just get a tripod & remote to go with it

(Okay, so maybe that’s an overstatement. But it’s only a bit of one!)
Anyhow, you probably know that I’ve been absolutely freakin’ adoring my Canon Rebel XSi recently. I picked her up on Boxing Day and have barely put her down since. Complete love? I think so. Definitely recommended.
