Schick Intuition Rate and Review

This blog was sponsored by Schick Intuition Rate and Review program but the opinions are all my own. I got this product free in exchange for my honest feedback on the product.

There’s a lot of bittersweet excitement in the air when fall rolls around. The lazy days of summer are behind us (sob!) and a lot of people have gone back to their hectic routines this month. While I’m still on leave with the little lady, it does feel a bit more hectic here, too, as we get ready to move at the end of the month! I’m definitely in search of products that are convenient and let me get on with my busy life.

Schick Intuition

Enter Schick Intuition Advanced Moisture razor ($11.99). This comes with four blades and a bar of soap infused with Moisture Ribbons, so you don’t need an extra shaving cream when using this. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to putting on lotion after the shower. I find that the soap does moisturize a little that I can get away without lotion half the time, but my knees definitely still feel dry after a shave. I like that it comes with an extra bar of razor+soap for when you finish the first one. Refills are also available to buy separately in packs of 3 or 6. It also comes with a suction cup hook for the shower, which is super handy, and it means there is no problem of water pooling and melting the precious moisturizing bar soap.

Schick Intuition Hanging

I had a bit of an issue with the supposedly ergonomic handle here. I have small hands and this is a lot thicker than the other offerings from Schick that I use regularly. I have to be extra careful not to drop this while shaving my legs. This doesn’t give me the closest shave ever at 4 blades, but I’m used to the Hydro Silk TrimStyle’s 5 blades, so your mileage may vary depending on what you’re used to.

I think this will be a good one to take in my gym bag because it’s an all-in-one kind of product to touch up your legs and underarms, but I don’t love this for the bikini area. The added soap around the blades makes it super bulky to manoeuvre around tight spots, so it’s not great for that. For shaving legs, underarms, and other large areas I think this is a good choice for a quick touch up, but look elsewhere if you’re looking to clean up your bikini bits. 🙂
