Happy Valentine’s Day! What’s your number one wish for today: Love or Sex Fantasy? *wink* Before you think Glitter Geek has turned into some weirdo sex beauty blog (LMAO!), maybe if you knew that I’m talking about blush, you’d hear me out, eh?
NARS Final Cut Collection is a small collection of four Blushes ($33) and Satin Lip Pencils ($30), and a shimmering pink Illuminator ($36), available now for a limited time at Holt Renfrew stores across Canada, and Nordstrom online. The colour story here is pink, pink, and more pink.

Villa Lante Satin Lip Pencil / New Attitude Blush
Descanso Satin Lip Pencil / Love Blush
Torres del Paine Satin Lip Pencil / Final Cut Blush
This collection isn’t just for pale beauties; there’s a shade for everyone in this collection. There are four coordinating shades of Satin Lip Pencil and Blush.
Pale lavender pink: Stourhead Satin Lip Pencil and Sex Fantasy Blush
Pale lavender pinks are especially difficult for me to wear because of the strong yellow undertones in my skin, but Sex Fantasy Blush when built up looks quite pretty. It’s a beautiful brightening pink shade. This one is the sheerest of the entire lineup of blushes, but it would look fantastic on the fairest of beauties. Check out Stourhead on Beautezine. So pretty!

Cherry blossom pink: Villa Lante Satin Lip Pencil and New Attitude Blush
This duo of cherry blossom pinks just reminds me so much of Barbie. This one’s an interesting couple because New Attitude Blush is a warm pink while Villa Lante is a cool pink.

Tea rose: Descanso Satin Lip Pencil and Love Blush
You might recall that these two were in my latest pre-spring wishlist, so I was extremely excited when I received them along with the rest of the collection. And they definitely did not disappoint. The ever-so-slightly browned undertones in both Descanso and Love makes them very flattering and super pretty. These two are my favourites, hands down.

Peach coral: Torres del Paine Satin Lip Pencil and Final Cut Blush
I’m not sure if you can even call these pink, but oh well. I suppose coral has pink in it, eh? This warm pairing is perfect for those with golden undertones. I would’ve liked Torres del Paine to be more coral than peach to match Final Cut though.

This was my first experience with the NARS Satin Lip Pencil formula and I definitely fell in love. All of them have a perfect creamy opaque texture, plus the chubby pencil format makes application so easy. The blushes kicked up a bit of powder when I picked up product with my blush brush, but once on the skin they just blended beautifully.
By the way, do you like my lashes? They are ESQIDO mink lashes in Miss Dolly.
What do you think of this collection? Do you plan to pick up any of the blushes or lipsticks? Do you celebrate Valentine’s day? We don’t usually do anything out of the ordinary, but Mr. Geeks and I are going painting today, LOL! I think we’ll probably make something “abstract” since neither of us has taken an art class for years. I might Instagram the results if they are decent.
