It’s been a long time since I posted about my Booty Camp progress, and I thought this would be a good time for an update.
It’s a very exciting time for me. Today, I just started on my 8-week challenge for a new “me.”
What does it all mean? It means booty camp sessions twice a week for 8 weeks, along with clean eating habits and being active on a regular basis. They will pick the best transformations of the year, and they get to go to LA and a shopping spree. Pretty sweet, right?
I already got my initial measurements. They’re not the best since I’ve slacked off big time all March, but I’m ready to pick up the pace again. This week I will be taking my “before” photos and letting it all hang out. Muffin tops, thunder thighs, and badonkadonk. Yikes! It won’t be easy looking at the photos, but they will also be a great motivational tool for me. I’ve taken photos like these in the past, and I find them extremely useful in attaining my fitness goals.
I’m hoping that putting updates up on this blog will be helpful to some who are also starting on a new fitness goal. Of course, it’ll be a good way to keep me accountable of my own goals. All in all, I’m very excited and am ready for a new, better me. 🙂
