Hey everyone! Yesterday I crossed the border to Buffalo, NY to do some budget beauty shopping. My one stop shop? Target. Here are the goodies from my beauty spree. They are mostly stuff that I can’t get in Toronto, and other things that I already use but at a much better price. I gotta say I am definitely hooked on Target. We need one in Toronto, stat!

Of course, I plan to review these! What should I try first? Unfortunately the mascara review won’t be for a while because I have several in rotation now. Like 5. Yeah, I know.

Aaaargh, jealous!I wish I was closer to the boarder
THREE of those not-available-in-Canada items are on my wishlist! I guess I’ll just have to wait on your reviews ^^
Two side notes:
a) Did you know that the bodywash comes in Pink Grapefruit? I love it! Delish.
b) That Rimmel polish looks absolutely delightful. I’m feeling the need for a grey or greige this year!
FB mentioned a while back that Target may be coming to Canada sometime between “now” and “eventually.” I’m hoping it’s closer to “now,” and that they bring the SK line with ‘em
.-= Rae´s last blog ..New at… Sephora =-.
THREE? I guess I did well.
I’ll bump them up in the review queue if you tell me which ones.
a) Yes I’ve tried Pink Grapefruit too. But I like the original better for some reason. It’s neutral so I can pick my own fragrance/lotion over it.
b) I’ve been wanting to get on the greige wagon for the longest time. And this was damn cheap! Try to find it in Shoppers.
I agree! I really wanted more SK but the premium line was kinda expensive for drugstore.
Like $15+.
I know! You did me proud
The three items were the SK sponge and brush, and (dun dun dun) Full N’ Soft. But I’m okay waiting for reviews; I’m not about to run to the US anytime soon either way!
re: b) I’m kinda kicking myself right now — I don’t wear a lot of polish, so when I’ve had opportunities to review some, I’ve passed. But now I’m craving greige, dammnit! (I still know I wouldn’t wear it, though, so… it’s not *really* all that bad. I’ll keep kicking anyways, though!)
$15 is pretty steep in the d/s — but, I mean, I guess if it’s not d/s quality…? (The solution? Let everyone else review it first!
)

arghhh my local target doesn’t carry the yes to carrots lip tints for some maddening reason. I really want to try them.
I’m in love with Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash, but only the original. I tried the pink grapefruit, and while it smelled nice, it didn’t do a thing for me. Actually, I think it made my acne even worse. I’ve been thinking about trying out Full n’ Soft for the longest time, as it always gets positive reviews. (but first I gotta finish up my mascaras lol got way too many). and omg the SK liner brush? amazing. you will love it. I want to go buy a backup
OK, a pre-review about the Lip Tints? They are so damn sheer I can’t even see them on. I should’ve bought the red one to see colour.
The Neutrogena body wash has been my bacne fighter for years now. I don’t even know how many I’ve gone through. I also prefer the original. I found Full ‘n Soft in my local drugstore (I just got back), so it’ll be easy to get if I end up loving it. I heard good things about this particular SK brush, so *crosses fingers*
aw man. well at least that’s one more thing to cross off my lust list. lol yeah, I’ve definitely gone through a lot of bottles of that. I find it ironic how a lot of the acne washes all contain 2% salycic acid, yet some are so much more effective.

Ooooh nice! I wish I could get to Target more often. They have such awesome stuff there. I really want to get the SK skunk brush…

Seriously I was so giddy going through each aisle in the cosmetics section. I didn’t even get to spend that much time in the Health & Beauty aisles. *sad*
great haul! i’ve been planning to get the SK sponge for ages but didn’t get to last time because there wasn’t a target where I visited. Hopefully this year!

There were a few SK sponges at the Target in Buffalo near Walden Galleria Mall.
What a great loot! I’ve been itching to go to Buffalo Outlet Mall & the Walden Galleria these past few months. Total envy.

It’s so much fun! You better check out Target too. Seriously, it’s like a candy store in there.
Awwh man, I remember using Full n Soft a few years ago and loving it! And I’m interested to see your thoughts on the Sonia Kashuk stuff.
I cant believe you guys dont have Target! We even have Target in Australia, which is weird because its such a hole and we usually dont have anything LOL

Christine from Temptalia recommended it to me in one of her “Ask Temptalia” sessions. I got it because I thought it wasn’t available here, but a trip to the drugstore this weekend told me otherwise!
Target is supposed to be arriving here soon. Or something. It might just be a rumour, but I really hope it isn’t. LOL Australia is not a hole! I wanna visit!
Great Review. I had just gotten back from across the border too. I only grabbed stuff I couldn’t get here, and even then I noticed a big price difference….sometimes it just isn’t fair.
I will be interested to know how you liked everything.
