Friday Fun: Your Favourite Spam Comment.

I get quite a bit of spam comments on the blog now (I must be getting famous!), but this one had me stumped for a couple of minutes. Is it spam? Or is he actually saying something related to my blog?

I’m glad you found my public service announcement so great. I am flattered that you think my blog is worthwhile. Sorry, no, I don’t have any information on the new Call of Duty, but my boyfriend seems to like it very much. I’m not a big fan of first person shooter games, actually. I only play little bitty gnomes on World of Warcraft. Like Kitteh here.

    Yes! I get the strangest spam comments, nothing as funny as yours though. My last one said something like “great blog, thanks for sharing. your blog is high quality” on a post that was over a year old.

    Holy crap, I got the exact same message two days ago! Except mine was from MarkJackson, and he wanted me to check out WoW and Arms Warrior Build… whatever those may be :P
    The rest of mine are just boring things like “wow.. so nice” and “good post… thanks for sharing.” I wish they could all have the decency to be as amusing as RandTaylor and MarkJackson!
