When I got to IMATS on Sunday, I found out that the MAKE UP FOR EVER counter is sold out of the famous #92 eyeshadow. Bummer! But look what I got instead:

Comparisons
- Colour. Judging by the swatches, Auraline Bright Violet has a little bit more blue in it compared to MUFE 92. So not an exact dupe, but this is as close as it gets.
- Texture. Both are very smooth, with the same matte finish.
- Pigmentation. MUFE 92 is more pigmented, only swiped 2x using my finger, while the Auraline Bright Violet took about 3x. But, 3x the swipes is still pretty incredible for a $3 pan of eyeshadow.
So?
What do you mean, so? This eyeshadow rocks! I’m pretty impressed with it, looking at how it faired against the famous purple of MAKE UP FOR EVER. Rating: A+++++

The MUFE 92 has more of a plummy colour I am in love with. Still, it's a pretty good dupe from what I can see.

Yes, plummy is the word. I think it's close enough that it's fixable by layering another colour.
I can see a slight difference but they are both gorgeous colors.

& RYC – have you tried taking $OPI Worth My Weight off with felt? Any regular craft felt will do, but it's pretty awesome for taking off any glitter polish. I used Orly Bonder & Poshe TC on my mani and it actually came off in sheets in most places so it wasn't hard to take off at all. =)

I think the colour of MUFE 92 is more alike to Urban Decay's Freakshow, actually.
