Progress Report: Urgency is a Good Thing.

Just a short update. Since the clock is ticking very quickly, I am running with the little motivation I have left (ahhh so difficult!) to find GoodLife Fitness gyms that offer Body Combat classes that I am able to join. I’m really glad that I enjoy taking that class so much. Lucky for me I found one scheduled today!

Yesterday was a holiday for us Canadians, so I didn’t get to go. But I’ll be making up for it today after work! :)

Because I am going away on Saturday, here’s my final plan until my gym membership is up:

  • Today, Aug 5. Body Combat.
  • Wednesday, Aug 6. 20-minute Cardio and Abs.
  • Thursday, Aug 7. Gym TBD.
  • Friday, Aug 8. Off-day.
  • Saturday, Aug 9 to Tuesday, Aug 12. Work on my tan. :D
  • Wednesday, Aug 13. Gym TBD.
  • Thursday, Aug 14. Gym TBD.

I will definitely be on the lookout for Body Combat classes in my area. Or perhaps I can take up Body Pump (weights) or Body Step (step class).
